I have been feeling a little off all week. Not really sick, but something didn't feel right. My workouts Tues. & Thurs. were a bit of a struggle at times. So, it was a relief today to feel back to normal. Consequently, when Hubby was ready to quit before we'd both made it thru our routines, I pushed a little. Actually, I said we could be done after just one more weight machine, but kept adding just one more 😊 We do the pectoral fly & rear deltoid together. When it got freed up, he agreed to finish out our workout with that one....and he upped his weight.

I don't know if something I ate disagreed with me or had a slight bug. I was feeling "burpy" in my chest. Sometimes, I do have a little digestive trouble.

Tomorrow is a rest day, then back to the Gym on Monday.
