This week, I will be more mindful of TOTAL CONSUMED calories instead of the deficit at end of the day. I maintain a daily 300 minimum deficit but wanna bump that up to 400! So far, I can maintain .6lb loss per week, again, need to bump that up a lil!

You CAN with 30 miles/ week long slow walk. Burn easy peasy ~400 calories daily

Used to do the same thing, but changed my mind and started looking at total calories per day. I also aim to keep my total calories between 1400 and 1800 per day. With my exercise calories, I can lose between 1/2 and 1 pound per week depending on what happens on the weekend. Weekends are tough for me since we tend to eat at a restaurant or have an outing to go to. That's when the calories inflate and then have a temporary weight gain. Keep at it, you will get there.
