Oh dear. Well in the danger zone now. I better get a grip soon. I know what I am doing wrong........eating too much! But on the positive side, plenty of energy to exercise and maintain muscle. However, that will be of no consolation when I can't get my jeans on come Autumn.

I have been steadily climbing up in weight for a wee while, Suma, even recording hasn't changed the pattern. I am also looking for inspo, diet-wise!

I know the feeling. I've rebounded 4 or 5 since my lowest. I'm still at a good weight if I stay here, but I don't want it to be a continuing trend.

I find maintenance a real challenge, writingwyo. And now it seems I have lost the knack of weight loss. All my old tricks don't seem to work anymore. This old dog needs some new tricks 😃

I do, too, Anne. The old tricks do still work for me, but the motivation to actually do them is flagging. My worst downfalls are at the office, though, and that's soon going to be no longer an issue.

Thanks, Hump. I expected the camping gain to disappear once I got back to normal routine. But it increased instead ☹️ going to take a long hard look at myself 🙂

I wouldn’t recommend a soft food diet…but I’ve lost almost 8 lbs in one month. Ugh. Not good. So hard to keep cals high eating the way I do and I still get full so fast yet I’m hungry almost constantly. 😓 You’ll figure this out Anne. I know you will be fine. xo
