The sun is back out here in Tassie, the birdies are chirping, the daffodils hath risen and my Almond tree is in full bloom 🤔 Bit odd, but perhaps a sign of things to come. Anyway, with this change comes a new pathway for me: I am seeing a psychologist about my just-diagnosed Social Anxiety (possibly had since childhood, and have also discovered links to body image and sugar addiction), I have sustainable pain meds for my Fibro (a symptom of Social Anxiety), I have started trialing anti-depressants (to treat the anxiety), I have come off the pill that I have taken non-stop for 10 years to hold the endometriosis (another possible trigger for the Fibro) at bay (I'm 45 now), and I have a referral for a Rheumatologist (to manage Fibro pain). Fun times ahead, let's see where this new journey takes me 😄🫣😂 Oh, weight remains stable which is fine under such circumstances 🥳
