Been away on "vacation" fixing up my cottage. The BF went with me, and we had a fun time, but we each caught a cold - me for the first 4 days, him for the last 4 days plus. Didn't gain much although we had seafood and ice cream as desired. We grilled a bit of meat and had veggies only when we cooked at the cottage, so that was how I think the weight was managed.
