I’ve been maintaining @ 2000 cals too. If only food didn’t make me feel so good and taste good. My gut has its own name, ‘mcfoopa’ 😜 I’d rather have the extra junk in the trunk. 🩷

If I only ate 2000 calories, I'd be fit and healthy again. Lifting weights + 2000 calories for me = success. I know it but haven't been able to do it again. I just keep restarting. That's how I quit smoking... just kept quitting until I quit for good.

That really is the frustrating part isn't it? Starting over -- again and again. Relapse = YUK! But perseverance really does pay off in the end. Recommit every day. Hang in there, beautiful.
