I didn't understand the 'reset metabolism' thing (still don't to be honest 😂), but here we go with a 1kg drop this week after a fun time away from my meal plan last week and slowed weight loss this past month or so... whatever, I'll take it thankyou 😁
72,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 75,5 kg.    Sisa: 7,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
