¡Ha sido un buen fin de semana!
En plan personal: ejercicio muy bien; comida bien, sin mucho esfuerzo todo ha sido razonable. En plan familiar: partidos de los chavales tanto el sábado como el domingo. Ha sido precioso, ahora que estamos acabando temporada, ver lo mucho que han progresado cada uno en su deporte. Ver cómo se esfuerzan por mejorar, cómo disfrutan sus pequeños y grandes triunfos. ¡Aprendiendo de mis hijos!

It was a good weekend!
On a personal level: exercise went very well; food went well, without much effort, everything was reasonable. On a family level: games for the kids on Saturday and Sunday. It has been beautiful, now that we are finishing the season, to see how much each one has progressed in his sport. To see how they strive to improve, how they enjoy their small and big triumphs. I am learning from my children!
