No change! I even had a colonoscopy this week and didn't lose anything!
Been busy sorting things for my cousin after her fire, as well as the colonoscopy.
We are almost done! It's a tough thing to have a fire in your house.
Been trying to follow the Weight Watcher program but it still takes focus. I have lots of fruits and vegetables, made some hummus, and also got some frozen foods since I was so busy with my cousin.
Volunteering is going well, helping at the food pantry and then helping my neighbors for various things.
The dancing has come back and we are back into it again! Great to see my friends in person again
