It's weighing time again. This time around it's a bit sweet news, as weight loss is close to my expectations. That also concluded my February month where my caloric deficit was 37,780, that equates to close to 4.9kgs. My actual weight loss in that period was 5.2kgs. I am very happy with this. Importantly I am feeling more energetic, I am looking and feeling better, my brain is more sharp and things are kind of becoming habits. There were few hiccups along the way but I had the awareness to steady it. This is such a beautiful journey that I am starting to enjoy it. Keep up the good work. 💪💪💪
