Only a couple quick walks and a thirty minute row last night. Ate some chocolate bunnies, logged the little suckers after the fact. Ouch. Blob up, muscle down, raining like crazy outside. Might swim later. Typing this on the treadmill. Getting better at it but prefer it for meetings only if being honest. I did fix the squeak which helps my tolerance for this thing.
