Worth noting 51 days and only 2 days of a surplus and one day of no logging. Now to up cals and add in some workouts. muscles 💪 needed 🤞🏻

how much of the deficit comes from caloric intake vs exercise?

No real exercise for 51 days. Tried getting 10k steps that’s about it.

That’s awesome. Congrats! I have also been dropping weight without real exercise and just trying to get as many steps as I can. I just eat in a deficit and go walking around a track when I can. Didn’t realize it was that easy. Whereas before when I would really workout, it took an eternity to lose just 5 lbs and actually keep it off. When I hit my target, I also plan to up my cals and start adding workouts. Seems we have the same strategy! 😃

Thanks April. Yeah unfortunately this ain’t the first rodeo for me but I’m going to try and change that. I’m really lazy lol so I don’t want to fail at the work outs so I’ll see what I can do but I really want some definition so… good luck to you. We got this!
