I've decided this is fine. I don't need to be 53, there is nothing wrong with 56! I'm far too obsessed with my weight, I'll log here monthly from now, and focus on healthy eating and reducing snacking. I keep finding excuses to eat unhealthy snacks, and they are adding up to almost 35% of my daily cals! 🤤 I've also discovered what a few sedentary days, while eating the same amount, can do. Got to keep moving and do minimum 5k steps per day!
