Holding. Weight same, blob same. Rowed last night for thirty minutes, it felt pretty good. Average heart rate was 144, half my time was in cardio (z4), consistent with the workout goals. Looks like the highest I got it to was 158. Apple is messing with my other apps, will take some time to sort out the data being fed into apple health, but it’s all interesting to me. BF went home for a couple weeks, so will use my single life to hit the pool, etc. maybe even get my office electric fixed! My neighbor converted their garage into a fitness space, I get a tour once their house renovation is finished. That should be inspirational as far as claiming some of my office space for fitness space instead of having it in the back room of my house.
