Yesterday I drank more water and weighed this morning and maybe it was some water weight. I had an allergic reaction yesterday, wondering if it was gluten or the scallops. My legs were covered in hives and swelled up badly! I took some Allegra for Hives and elevated my legs for a few hours. Today is better. Hubs was home for an extra night and he was much more caring about my legs than the night previous. He says I am just dealing with extremely dry winter skin and he put a warm compress with oil on my legs twice. I took a Epsom salt bath, and today my legs look more like legs. It was scary. It is cold and rainy today so walking will be not too fun. I need to walk to avoid swelling. We'll see.

Scallops are easier to avoid than gluten, and that was not an episode of dry skin 🤭. I love bundling up in my trench coat and digging out my pretty umbrella for rainy walks, but I may just be an oddball 🤪. Maybe march in place or dance around in the living room?
