wifey9707 thanks I'm feeling wayyyyy better than yesterday and all my garming data is back to where it should be stikl sick but super manageable

wifey9707 yeah its pretty amazing I got over the main hump of whatever it is so quick. Unfortunately the wife has whatever it is now pretty bad 😕

Oh no. So sorry to hear that. And here I am in perfect health, hesitating to work out and don’t know why, just one of those days. But I do feel great when it’s over, so here goes…

Wifey9707 nice! I'm hoping for a good workout tonight yesterday was OK but I had to drop weight on certain lifts hopefully full strength tonight
