Thanks compliance with the plan deffintly gets easier when you see the results happening and every few days I'm noticing new deffiniton that wasn't there a few days prior. I snack alot because I seam to always be hungry from moving around all day but as long as I'm snacking on low calorie foods then I can make it through at my daily budget. PS I really want some pumpkin soft serve ice cream but I've been good haha 😄 🤣
