I would love to have an accurate reading of my body composition. Are you getting these readings from a scale?

It’s a smart scale and I take the readings with a grain of salt. If you use them as a baseline, they’re great, but I wouldn’t not count on the reading itself to be that accurate.

My scale isn't smart at all. It has one job and has trouble doing that correctly. lol
