Hope you have a good week and it slows down a bit. I can relate to feeling overwhelmed by house maintenence! I'm sorry to hear about Hogan. That is always so hard. I had to laugh at the heel nipping/herding from your puppy because my Mom is dealing with that too. They have an 8 month old rough Collie. She nips my heels every time I try to go into the kitchen from the garage! We've been watching alot of Zak George dog training on YouTube lately! I hope your foot feels better soon. Did you ever get a new espresso maker?

Hi Shir, hi Bear! not slowing down at all, but I did fix the espresso machine. blown gasket, was easy to fix once I figured it out and ordered the part. hope it lasts another 15 years.
