I'm still in still in shock this morning over not getting called out last night. I'm already feeling a bit worn out but I worked up the motivation to hit the weights last night and I stuck to my plan for the day eating within my calorie budget. todays a new day and im looking forward to seeing my son play his first football game along with some family time before this evenings potential madness begins.
