The Scale: It only moved a wee bit, but I'm .5lb from hitting the 30lb mark. I'll take it. It's still in the right direction.
NSV: I was able to fit into my skinny-fat shorts, AND they aren't skin tight. I have dropped a whole size since May 23. The impact on my motivation of being able to fit into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in 2 years has been huge! Happy Dance!!!💃 High five me! ✋
