I drank water yesterday lol
62,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,8 kg.    Sisa: 3,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I need to drink more water today too. I have hit a plateau and I think it is lack of water.

Have any of you tried the gallon of water a day thing? 🤔 Not sure if it would be superpower awesome or just inconvenient 😂😂

I’ve drank that for years JC. First it’s rough and you pee nonstop but you can actually get used to it and hold it longer ha ha. I can’t do without it now. I’m so used to it. One thing that really helped me and I also tell others to get people drinking water but find it difficult is to use a straw. You can drink it faster and easier. Give it a go and see if the straw helps.

I actually like drinking 🚰, try doing 5 bottles of 16 oz. Never thought 🤔 I would say that!!

I just keep two 2-liter plastic bottles in the fridge. Drink from one, refill and drink from cold one. I drink when thirsty but typically consume 3-4 liters a day.

Never tried the gallon/day. Half your body weight in ounces is what my coach always says, which would put me at about 9 glasses. I’ve noticed personally I need about 10-12. Try it and see how it goes. Watch your electrolytes.

the gallon per day is fun. I have a gallon plastic bottle that I fill out with lime water every morning and drink through the day while sitting at my desk. But boy, I have to pee a lot. every 250 to 500 ml I have to go. it's madness, like every hour I'm interrupting my meetings so I don't pee myself 🤣

A mi me funciona tomar te verde, rooibos o cualquier infusión me las hago en una taza de 300 ml y tomo como unas 10 o 12 al dia mas las cervezas 0,0, los cafés descafeinados y las frutas y verduras casi 4 litros el inconveniente las visitas al WC 🧊☕🍵🥝
