My days of losing a fraction of a pound almost every day has come to an end. Not worried. Today I am eating the same as yesterday. Not much, but it keeps me satisfied. I eat 2, sometimes 3 really small meals a day. Had a toaster strudel for breakfast. I love them but hadn't bought them for years until I bought a box for the house sitter. I ate them before she ever came to house sit. The next time I bought 2 boxes. She had one and I am slowly going through the 2nd box. Just one left for tomorrow. I am trying to get things out of my freezer. I have a small refrigerator in the kitchen with a freezer on top. It doesn't hold much. I just unplugged the much bigger (and older) refrigerator in the garage for the summer. Last year it saved me $30-$40 a month on my electricity bill after I unplugged it.
