Monthly weight fluctuation, also I have missed a few runs and will be starting them again tomorrow (too much work today followed by a flamingo themed party with my friends). Though if I can find 15-30 minutes I need to walk Herbie. We have a huge yard he can run in, but he really enjoys our neighborhood walking time.
