I think I'm going to work a half day, today. it's gorgeous and I want to swim. tomorrow will be ugly enough. I skipped going to costco this weekend and bought some romaine hearts at target. will work on clearing some food from the freezer to rotate the stock in there.

another good solid swim yesterday, 843 strokes, average heart rate 155, 10.4 METs, 18 minutes in zone, the rest in warm up. I definitely get to a point where I have to push harder and stay there now. also had two seconds with a goggles issue, but resolved it quickly.

good day overall, lovely weather, did some stuff outside, washed the car, spent some solid time with BF. life is good.

blob up, everything else down, makes no sense, so we'll just say oh, fluctuation! I don't have time to dance around on the scale on a workday morning, so it'll do. will drink my water early. I drank so much yesterday, I really can't believe it's that low. one more bag of cabbage mix this week, I noticed a lack of shaved Brussels sprouts as well as kale. it would be one thing if they kept the old price point as they did that, but it's close to $6 a bag now. they're going to make me mad enough I start growing my own soon enough.
