🎉🎉🎉Milestone reached today🎉🎉🎉 Starting weight Nov 2021 was 145kg, today I hit 116kg which is a loss of 29kg or 20% of my starting weight. I don't remember when I saw this number on my scales last, but I it was over a decade ago... Long way still to go (BMI remains a stunningly high number 😬) but feeling healthy and energised for the next stretch of the journey 🎉🎉🎉
