Good morning everyone. I got my knee x-ray done last Thursday. I'm waiting on results. My weight is coming down more. I've never been a gum chewer. I'm starting to realize that some of my snacking comes from just wanting to chew on something. I would appreciate advice about people's favorite gum.

Any sugar free gum is good, they have a lot of flavors on Amazon! Personally I like sucking on sugar free hard caramels sometimes!

Great realization!! I carry a lot of stress in my jaw, and chewing definitely relieves this tension! Just remember to count it in your food log!

Chewing gum has been very helpful for me. I find that I am able to control my snacking urges quite well with it and drinking plenty of water. I prefer the Mentos Pure Fresh Sugar Free in Spearmint. It has a good flavor that isn't too overpowering and it lasts for quite a while.

I'm definitely going to buy several kinds of gum. I did just eat a huge salad, so I'm satisfied for now. I love all kinds of salad.

I don't chew gum often in public because I can't resist snapping, popping and blowing bubbles with it. It tends to annoy people which sometimes comes in handy. 😄
But whenever I find old school Beemans, Jucy Fruit, Clove or Double Bubble I stock up. I've never found a sugar free gum I like & texture is weird to me. I don't sweat the small amount of sugar in gum.
