Holding reasonably steady at the moment. Wider swings in my weight this week-- ranged from 139 to 143. Was a bit stressed and off my game this week. Alas, fell back into drinking Diet Coke again, which I need to stop. Hoping to take it easy today and recombobulate my life, but I think my husband wants to go skiing, and we don't have a lot of opportunities left

Ah, DJ, I WISH it was only half a can when I fall off the wagon! 🙃 More like 3 cans a day, every day. It's kind of a trigger food for me, and it also leads to me eating poorly. I concur that the occasional soda isn't the end of the world, but it never ends up as occasional treat once I start
