Changes are happenin since I started exercising 😊 My calorie intake is slightly higher than in November (about 200 more cals per day) and my 'exercise' includes Sit & Be Fit, Letty's Zumba toning classes, and my fave YouTube go-to's are Improved Health w/Jules, Senior Shape Fitness w/Lauren & Fitness w/Cindy. These all incorporate some weights/strength training as well as stretching & cardio. I never dreamed I would be able to do these things before losing the weight that I have so far.

Nov 2021 Body fat=23.1% Today=18.4%
Nov 2021 BMI=28.2 Today=26.1
Nov 2021 Wt=157.4 Today=137.6

My message today is we need to keep trying new things, exploring new foods, browsing for new inspiration and to keep coming back to FS for support, ideas, accountability & encouragement. I am feeling blessed today...thankful for my loving husband, my improved energy and my friendships here. God is so very good🙏💙

Buenita!💙 it's so wonderful to not have to use my walker these days, due to a combination of arthritis weekly injections, more movement and less weight to carry around. Your posts and comments are such a blessing to me 🤗
