Wow, I didn't know it was possible to gain weight while not eating anything.
It must be salt; I've been drinking an electrolyte drink. Day 15 of 21. Still doing fine. I walked 2 miles and continue on housework and preparing for Christmas. I framed 2 prints yesterday - gifts for my son and his girlfriend for their new apartment in Brooklyn. I'm going to my daughter's house in Philly for Christmas, so there's not much urgency to primp my house or stock up, we'll just pack and go on the 22nd so that I can spend a day on the 23rd getting her house ready for the rest of the family. My fast lasts through the 21st, so I'll have a day of bone brothy soup before Christmas eve. Somehow we have a tradition of a big spread of make-your-own sushi for Christmas eve, then Jewish Christmas for Christmas dinner (Chinese) and our big Christmas dinner with a spiral ham and a turkey on Boxing Day, so that the extended family can come. Tomorrow, I'll go to Boston for 24 hours of babysitting with my 2.5 yo, granddaughter. Ho Ho Ho!
