The fast is certainly the fastest way to lose weight, but beware the rebound.
After day 2, there's very little hunger. My online fasting daily Zoom's are helping too. Also, I'm retired, so my days are not nearly as stressful and demanding as they used to be. I did fast when I was working, but it's definitely easier at home. Today is day 6 and going strong.

I just noticed the blue line! Yay! My interim goal is 210 (down from 280). I'll be resetting for a lower goal soon.

Erika, I lost most my weight by fasting, but I always ate between fasting hours, but not all that much. Make sure to keep your system going or you’ll have real trouble digesting afterwards. Congratulations and I need to start back up and today is that day!👍

Thank you Mermee and Shrew. I'm keeping an eye on my well-being, and will fast as long as I'm feeling well. My group is convened for 21 days, so I may dip in and out of fasting until the solstice, then relax and enjoy over the holidays.
