Yesterday I intended to go to the gym but a couple things got in my way. For one thing I was depressed over not getting enough done around the house (bizarre since I just got a lot done in the kitchen but it didn’t seem like enough) and over my sister ghosting me last year for no discernible reason and how this is going to piss on my holiday season. So I spent a couple hours in Barnes and noble cheering myself up which was great but then I had to go grocery shopping and clean the house before my sister in law and niece arrived so I didn’t have time left for the gym. I also snacked leaving myself with few calories left for dinner. I was just going to eat some of my fiancé’s salad and eggplant fries but then he switched restaurants and ordered a large pizza. I only ate one piece but ate a lot of salad to keep to that. (Low calorie salad with honey mustard). It’s hard for me to keep good weight loss and maintenance habits when company is in town and they want to eat out all the time. For lunch we are going to my fiancé’s cousin’s seafood restaurant. Everything is so delicious there; I will try to find something that is also low calorie. First a low cal breakfast to make room. Have a great day FSF!

I go through some of the same. I know it affects my food choices, but more so my activity levels. Figuring out how care for ourselves both physically and emotionally may take some time, but as long as you're still working on it, you're doing great. 💕 Please let that "not good enough" crap fly right out the window. Correction. That letting go never worked for me. Instead I plead my own case to myself. When I get negative thoughts about myself, I bring up evidence that proves I am not like "that". Hope you can make kind choices for yourself. ❤
