The last couple of days I've fallen back into some old habits...when I eat something high in processed sugar, my brain makes me eat more and more! Best not to touch it in the first place, at least not when I'm alone and no-one is watching 😋
55 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 11,5 kg.    Sisa: 2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
