Just eating a lot, V. Got kinda tired of CICO in June /July and loosened the reins a bit. Then my brother died in August and I ate through it. Now I just want to eat and eat and I'm not sure how I ever didn't want to. It's pretty much always on my mind. What I should eat, could eat, won't eat, want to eat.... 🤷🏻♀️ Pretty crazy. Trying to remember what I did before so easily but it's like a distant memory. Gross- but I'm working on it.
