Scale isn't talking to computer at the moment, so logging as placeholder because the morning is already buzzing.

Swam yesterday at the end of the day. Another satisfying one. I don't know why it's so hard to get into the water sometimes, I almost always enjoy it once I'm in. Stroke count by watch was way off at 2272, I counted 800 and some, but got interrupted by a series of texts, so who knows the real number. Not going to worry about that. 10.3 METs, average heart rate 145, with 11 minutes in peak, 15 in cardio and the rest split between fat burn and warm up, so I hit the entire range. Which is the whole point. No walk last night, was basically busy all day up until the swim and tired after. I have another nail in my back tire. Think I can fix it. Super annoyed because this is the second one in a few weeks. Roofing nail. I never really drive anywhere, so this makes no sense but it is what it is.

Took the beasts to the car wash yesterday, they matched the soap to my dress. He's a happy boy. That's all I got at the moment. Press on, press on.

Edit to add details. Blob up, muscle meh, guess it's back to playing with some weights again. Honestly, not bad for the non-standard menu consumed yesterday. Ended up eating some chicken later at night because I was hungry, not bored.
