On the whole a very good week. Had some cous cous salad yesterday because there really wasn't any other options. Have stayed well away from the cookies, candy and sweets. Have eaten alot of nuts and probably a bit too much. Only went walking about 2 times over last 10 days which is not enough but tough to find the time. Should be eating more fish and less red meat. When I weigh in, which is 95% of the time in the morning, in the bathrooom my weight seems to move around by circa 2lbs, not sure if due to water retention or something like it. Thought I would be closer to 172/3. A couple of people have asked over the last few days if I've lost weight just by looking at me so that made me pretty happy and even more determined to get to 170 asap. I think I have lost weight from my face which is important for me.

The scales can sometimes not be the best indicator. I find I generally know whether I have done well or not.

It will be okay you will lose the weight and when you do it will fall of like it is nothing i believe that you can do it...
