Ran a little over 5k yesterday. It was interrupted in the middle, because a storm was making my run unsafe, and my fiancé showed up to pick me up. I was disappointed to stop but got in the car. Went back out again a little later and did the other half. I’m proud because I set new speed records (not lifetime by any means, but new records for this era of my life). Have a great day FS friends!
