Holding, just logging late due to doing stuff this morning. Definitely more mobile this morning, but still stiff as far as stops and starts. About to jump into the pool and might swim an hour so I can have two beers this evening. Canned tuna on the menu for lunch after the swim. I think I have moved the pain out of my calf and up to the thigh, why do I forget this stuff when things don't hurt? Whatever, and yeah, I'm still gonna probably walk there, but maybe take one dog instead of three. We'll see. None if too hot.
