Got in a run yesterday at 9am when it was 86, before it got into the 90s. Faster and easier that way. Ugh Florida, I love it but it doesn’t work well with running and I like treadmills even less. I’d like to be the type of person who gets up every morning before work and runs most days, but I’m not a morning person and that’s just not gonna happen. At least the scale trend is heading downward again. Working on getting more exercise and meditation into my week. I want to increase cardio vs light strength training. I was getting more cardio previously but fell off when the weather heated up, life got busy, and my fitness tracker gave me too much positive feedback lol. Have a great day!
