On the contrary just got home from the gym and heading out for a run /walk... 95% walk. 💪🏼🏃♀️👍🏼 skipped church due to still being sick but well enough to go to pf? Feeling convicted yet strong. 😆✝️

Worst thing for me about being sick is that I lost my voice and I can't sing. And I sing every day so this is very sad. Hopefully it'll be back soon.

Thank you, Donnie! I hadn't gone the last two days, Melissa. Sometimes exercise seems to make me feel better so it needed to be done. No fever or body aches. Just cough and no voice and some pressure. Nothing some leg press can't fix. 🤷🏻♀️😆💪🏼🤸

I was not near people and I am fully vaccinated. They can wear masks if they choose to. And I wipe down my machines afterwards. If it was a sick-sick I wouldn't have gone but like I said- no fever- nothing serious but sinuses, cough, and my voice is gone. I used the leg press- which no one really likes- and had my own smith machine. I don't speak to people at the gym and if I feel well enough to go to work- I certainly can exercise.
