I did better on my eating yesterday, filling up on fruits and veggies with adequate protein. I learned that my fiancé has been buying corona extra instead of corona light for a couple weeks and I’ve been logging them as corona light 🤦🏼‍♀️ no big deal, but I’m not going to drink anymore of those and I think I will put my calorie limit back down again. Does anyone have experiences with creatine powder to share? Test results show I am very low in it which is not a surprise since I’m almost vegetarian. I also learned that low creatine can be linked to depression, which I have and which is not explained by my other test results. I’ll talk to my doctor about it, but curious about your experiences since I know people take it for bodybuilding. I wouldn’t mind more muscle definition results from my strength training workouts. I wonder if I’m squishier than I need to be given my workouts.
