No real exercise yesterday, rode the bike for a few, walked a little. Fell asleep early again because I pulled up the bear blanket on the couch and that is my kryptonite. Woke up at 9:30, went to my real bed earlier than usual. Will do better today. It's been rainy here and the grey skies are not particularly motivating. Gotta get over that.

Numbers are fine. Need to walk or swim today. Need coffee now.
