Hello, I am out sick from work. Ate very little yesterday but starting to feel better and eat today. Forgot to weigh myself until after breakfast so I’ll try to weigh myself tomorrow. Anyone have a health tracker they recommend? I used to have an Apple Watch that came at a discount through work but I got overwhelmed with all the texts and such and gave it to my brother. (It was not syncing with my phone and gave me tons of yucky texts from a blocked ex-friend. It also needed daily charging which was way too much). I was thinking about a Fitbit but my fiancé has had bad luck with those being broken or giving errors. He bought something of Amazfit brand which I may try. Looking for something with a gps so it can track my running pace (or links to phone gps) and not too expensive and doesn’t need charging often and preferably doesn’t also bombard me with texts and social media.. and not be hideous. Maybe one of those brands that does mindfulness too. Any brand/model recommendations? My fiancé’s amazfit does not have Gps but some of the other models do.
