If this is my new normal, I'm fine with it. I knew yesterday would have consequences, good with it. Muscle mass up, blob back down into the new ranges.

Swam a good swim, 852 strokes, average heart rate 141, 7.4METs because I had to get out of the pool for about 7 minutes to deal with someone at the door. Happens. Did a medium walk with puppies because they're good dogs and life goes on. The random memory photo machine brought up a pic this morning that I'd like to forget but that I'm glad I have. May those days be gone forever.

Crazy already at work, so that's it except for logging. Press on, press on.
