Thanks @ocean_girl 💪💪. Last Thur, I came close to breaking into a lower band in my weight loss journey and then poof, it was all a dream. I've already planned my dinner tonight, I've got 9352 steps under my belt (It's only 12:56 PM) and I WILL NOT EAT until I hit 15,000 for the day. I will keep pushing!!!!
