Treadmill last night due to showers that were pretty intense, not sure if this weigh in is entirely accurate as the dogs were swarming me while I was trying to stand on the scale this morning. Should be good enough, blob notching downwards. it is most definitely raining today, which is fine, we need it. Depending on the type of rain we have, I may or may not swim later. Also noteworthy for personal recognizance, fast treadmill makes me hungry after, need to plan better.

Another busy day. And away we go!
