I'm hoping the wind settles down and its warm enough so we can have a campfire to ring in the New Year. I got a fresh supply of Jose Cuervo, Mermee, and I gave myself a two-day moratorium on weigh-ins, so I'm gonna tie one on! It's been a rough year, but I have something BIG to celebrate!!
2020 was the year I lost 75 POUNDS!!! Not only that, I also got off the blood pressure and cholesterol medicine I was on, and I reversed pre-diabetes! On this day one year ago I was 247 pounds (obese), taking three medications everyday and (on December 26th, 2019, to be precise) the doctor told me my A1C was in the range for diabetes. I turned it all around in 2020. Now, my blood pressure is perfect, my A1C is normal, I don't take any medications and even my BMI is normal!! I had the best year EVER!! 💙💪😁💙
