Omg! I've stalled! I've been at this weight for two days now! How do I get the scale to move again??

So frustrating!

I had a 2 hour workout yesterday and only ate like 3400 calories. HELP!
75,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 0,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

probably too low on the calories bro. need like 5500 to keep up otherwise your only starving yourself.

Just take one day at a time it will happen never give up. I only eat 1000 to 700 calories a day as I am disabled and don't burn a lot of calories. By the way I have the okay from my doctor for this low calorie diet I do.

It’s normal to have a weight plateau. Consistency is where you get results.

Also, typically the scale goes up because of workouts (water retention)
