I don't want to jinx myself, but... it looks like I'm finally back to losing again. I know I've been in ketosis all along (I have a blood ketone tester), but for some reason the weight just wouldn't budge.
I know it's coming off, slowly but it's *still* coming off... but I'm frustrated that the same way of eating isn't creating the same weight loss. Granted, I'm now in my 50s, and stressed beyond belief, but still, 4 years ago I was losing 10lbs a month easily.
