Treadmilled on the incline last night. Surprise, still hate it. Was late and had no real movement during the day. Need to figure something better out even if it's just an afternoon break on the longer days.
Dreading daylight savings. May try and shift the work schedule by staying on the old routine and just resetting the alarms earlier. After coffee numbers. Going to be another longish day. Will try and escape after 7 hours though. We'll see.

I'm not a huge fan of treadmills either, but we are getting our first snow today for the season so outside is a no go! The treadmill in my apartment gym counts the incline as 1, 2, 3, etc. I have no idea what it all means. I have been doing 3.5 mph and work up to a 7-8 incline. Is that ok? I have no idea how it would compare to walking outside.

Use the gradient to measure. A right angle 📐 is 90 degrees. Twenty degrees is considered quite steep for a road. Guesstimating, my treadmill maxes out at about 15 degrees when i put it on ten. I’ll see if i can remember to measure it and report back.

Any incline is great, BTW, and good for your glutes. Makes you work harder.
